1. Issuance / revocation of the key inside the reservation
To issue an eKey, go to the reservation in the section Customer data tab and click "Edit" on the guest for whom you want to create a key
ATTENTION: to issue an electronic key, the guest must have a phone number
Then click "Create eKey"
The created eKey will be automatically changed when the booking is changed, and it will be automatically deleted after the guest checked out
To revoke an eKey press the "Delete eKey" button in the guest edit mode
2. Issuance, revocation and change of the key in the "Locks" section
Go to the "Locks" section, then click on any lock
Select a guest then click the "Create eKey" button
To change the key expiration, select a guest and a new date range then click the "Change eKey expiration" button
To revoke the key, click the "Remove eKey"
In order for the login and password will be sent to guest automatically, it is necessary to configure automatic message templates in the "SMS and EMAIL" tab
Also, you can create an eKey for employees with access to all locks in the Settings tab
